LET US TALK ABOUT BIANCALATTTE PROJECT
This is a Smart project, for the production of mozzarella wherever you are. With our innovative machines, we are able to produce up to 250kg of mozzarella and burrata per day.
Furthermore, from today we no longer have to buy frozen curd in Italy, but with a new machine, we can produce the curd on site, using rennet and raw milk.
This allows us to significantly reduce costs and the procurement of raw materials will be much simpler.
Our product is different from those you find in local supermarkets, as it does not arrive directly frozen, but will always be a fresh product.
In fact, the product you find at the supermarket, due to being frozen, loses all the flavor and nutritional values of the mozzarella, as all the bacteria are eliminated.
With our mini Smart laboratory, we would have very fresh mozzarella every day that we could deliver to our customers.
